I began my journey as an apprentice steward at a five-star hotel in India — learning humility, discipline, and what true excellence feels like.
From there, I rose through the world of luxury hospitality — from British cruise ships to managing private estates, from leading hotels to founding Aubree Elite Swiss GmbH and The London Butler Academy® in Switzerland.
As I advanced, I began to notice a disconnect between my formal hospitality education, the butler training I received, and the reality of work. Most programs focused on skills and knowledge — some touched the mindset — but none ever explored energy and emotion, the language of the soul. I came to see that every turning point in my life was a gift from those I once served — my guests were, in truth, my greatest teachers.
The lessons I learned from them are the very principles I now share with you. When I began introducing this nuance during my butler school trainings, the transformation in my students was undeniable.
That’s when I realised this awareness — this invisible layer — was the gift that had shaped every success along my way. And it was time to share it with the world.
