Hi, I’m Prem — a sincere soul, creator of serving with soul. 

Born in Mumbai and raised in Chennai, India, my passion for exploration led me to the United Kingdom at the age of 25. I travelled extensively through the early 2000s, and in 2022, I found a new home in Switzerland, where the mountains echo a sense of stillness I’ve come to value deeply. That wanderlust never really left me, and I feel it stirring again.


With over three decades of experience dancing through the world of luxury hospitality — from country estates and 5-star hotels to vegan restaurant ventures and cruise ships — I’ve had the privilege of serving not just tea and fine wine, but also perspective, presence, and purpose.


Along the way, I’ve discovered that service is more than a transaction — it’s a transformation.

It is an opportunity that we are given to evoke an energy and touch the receiver’s soul. 

When we shift our perception, the world aligns with us.

 My journey has been a quiet conversation with myself, one where I eventually realised the universe had been listening. With clear intention and consistent effort, I began to notice that my inner world was shaping my outer reality.
