Will I get a certificate or recognition after completing it?

Yes. Upon completing the program, you will be awarded a certificate from The London Butler Academy®️ Switzerland. To qualify, you must achieve a minimum of 80% in the Capstone Assessment. Participants who score 85% or higher will graduate with distinction.

How will this help me in my career right now?

The SLA program gives you the tools to break past the “manager plateau” and position yourself for executive-level opportunities. You’ll learn how to influence with presence, lead teams with confidence, and create client experiences that build trust and loyalty. In practical terms, this means: faster promotions, stronger recognition from leadership, and the freedom to shape your career path—starting immediately.

Do I need to already be in a management role to join?
