Refund policy
For the online edition and PDF of Becoming Extraordinary by Premm Anand.
What you are buying
A digital book you read online through a private link, with a PDF to download. The link is emailed straight after payment. Nothing is shipped.
When we will put it right
If your link does not reach you, the book will not open, or you were charged twice, write to us. We will send the link again or refund you.
Change of mind
Because the book is available immediately and can’t be returned, we do not normally refund a purchase once the link has been sent.
How to ask
Write to connect@premmanand.com within 14 days of purchase, using the email address you entered at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take several business days to appear.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
