The London Butler Academy

For several years, I trained and developed service professionals at The London Butler Academy — one of the world's most recognised institutions for luxury hospitality training. The work confirmed what thirty years in the field had shown: technical standards alone do not produce extraordinary service. The operating conditions behind them do. The professionals I worked with were not lacking capability. They were operating inside conditions that compressed it. That distinction — between capability and conditions — is at the heart of everything I now do.
